My account has been suspended. What can I do?
If you are not able to log in to your account getting an error message referring to the suspension of your account, please check your inbox. No account suspensions are made without warning, so we have most certainly sent you an email detailing the reasons for suspension and outlining measures you can take in order to get your account reinstated.
In most cases when we suspend accounts, we have noticed suspicious activity on your timeline which can be an indicator for fraudulent or abusive behavior. Having dual responsibilities towards our advertisers and twitterers, we take this very seriously. Please make sure to have read and understood the Twitter Rules and Magpie's Terms and Conditions before signing up for Magpie in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

I have multiple Twitterer accounts. Can I combine them into one Magpie account?
No. Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.
I have approved a Magpie-tweet but it never got posted in my timeline.
This situation an occur when an advertiser has only set aside a limited budget for their campaign and other twitterers were quicker than you in approving or have a better match with the campaign. In this case you would have to wait until the advertiser puts more funds towards the campaign or simply approve another Magpie-tweet you consider fitting for your audience.
