  1. My advertisement message has been turned down. What can I do?

    In order to protect the reputation of all Magpie twitterers and advertisers, we follow a strict content policy with regards to the advertisement messages and linked sites. If your ad was turned down, you will have received an email explaining the detailed reason for which this decision has been made.

    If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you have deposited money in your Magpie account and are unable to use it towards your desired campaign because the message has been turned down, you will probably be eligible for a refund.

  2. I have lost my password. How can I login?

    Please visit the following link:

    In the text field, enter your Email address if you are an advertiser, or your Twitter screen name respectively, if you are a Twitterer. Then click the "Submit" button and we will send you an email with a link that enables you to log back in in order to choose a new password.
